Mom has decided she would like to try her hand at an easier lifestyle and I would like to spend more time with my family for a while and help my husband with his business.

As many of you know, it is getting harder and harder for small business to compete in this fast pace world but you, as our customers, have helped us not only live our dream but experience it to the fullest for the last 15 years. We will not miss the hard work that owning your own business entails but we will miss YOU...thank you from the bottom of our hearts and thanks for taking this wonderful ride with us.

Putting on the Red White and Blue......

  We love the color RED!   It's always fun to put away the colors of spring and pull out the wonderful RICH colors of summer!

June 14th is FLAG DAY and the 4th of July is just around the corner. We enjoy seeing all the flags and decorations on peoples homes and porches. Red, white and blue everywhere. It makes me feel proud and grateful for our country.

We got in another shipment of our great prim American flags just in time for your summer decorating!  We have 13 star and 50 star flags in large and small sizes for your home, table or yard, and all feature an antiqued, tea-stained look.

Switch Plate Covers are in!!

Why settle  for the standard beige switch plate?  These  rustic tin switch plate covers are one of our most popular products and add that final touch to any traditional or country home!  All of our rustic switch plates and covers are handmade from tin by metalcraft artisans in Mexico.  We are  happy to say, we have a full stock in again!!!   So look around your house and make your list, we stock them in every combination of switch and outlet covers.

Chocolate Crescents

Heavenly in it's simplicity as well as a way to satisfy a sweet tooth, these Chocolate Crescent rolls are quickly becoming a family favorite at our house. 

If you enjoy chocolate and pasty together, then you will LOVE this delicious treat!

Chocolate Crescents

1 container Pillsbury crescent rolls

1 cup Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate morsels 

about 1/3 cup sugar

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Get two small bowls. Put the chocolate morsels in one and mix the sugar and cinnamon together in the other. Open crescent rolls and line about 4 of them up with the triangle top pointing away from you. On the bottom end of the triangle, put about 1 Tbsp. chocolate morsels, pressing them gently into the dough. Sprinkle about 1/2 tsp. sugar mixture on each and and begin rolling up from the bottom towards the top. Sprinkle sugar  mixture on top. Bake according to package directions, 375 degrees for about 12 minutes.

These are best eaten warm. Wear shoes, because your socks will surely be knocked off.
